Rape 'victim' admits she lied
When a woman admitted she falsely accused her boyfriend because he took her cell phone, Hamilton County prosecutors filed charges against her. Eight percent of reported forcible rapes in 1997 were unfounded, the Justice Dept. said, and women's advocates say that could result in a negative backlash for true victims.
