Cincinnati added 11,500 jobs in last year

The Cincinnati metro area had 970,700 nonfarm jobs in February 2011, up 11,500 jobs from the same month a year ago.
Eighty-one of the nation?s top 100 markets ? including Cincinnati ? added jobs in February, according to a report issued Wednesday morning by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.
Cincinnati ranked 23rd out of the 100 markets for job growth.
Other Ohio cities that added jobs include Columbus, Cleveland, Dayton, Toledo, Youngstown and Akron.
