IRS raid target seeks answers
A former federal prosecutor representing a Burlington scrap metal recycler that was raided by IRS agents last months is seeking to see a sealed affidavit outlining the reasons for the search. Lawyer Ben Dusing claims in a motion provided to The Enquirer that his client, Blue Grass Recycling, has a right to see the affidavit to determine whether the search was reasonable under the U.S. Constitution.
